      Swot is a look at the factors & influences which is considered as STRENGTH, WEAKNESS (internal factors) & OPPORTUNITY, THREAT (external factors) to an individual, organization, or business, focusing on the Mission, Goal, current business plan & objective.
     SWOT analysis is one of the tool available for Manager & Organization  to understand & analyse market position or market where it sells products, SWOT is also help manager to make desision.

    In order to do SWOT well, you should survey & research on the internet, company accounts, industry reports & more other factors.

A review on SWOT analysis:

Strengths: Simple, Flexible, Quick, can be in-depth or strong point
Weakness: rely on or too simple? appear weak and not robust, weak point
Opportunity: Help to see a business or organization from different perspective.
Threat: Significant risks to the business, organization or plan may be regulated or ignored by political, government.

 Combination TS strategy: Corporation use its STRONG points to cope with or deal with potential THREATS.
 Combination OW strategy: Corporation take advantage of  OPPORTUNITY to overcome the WEAKNESS.
Combination TW strategy: Corporation try to reduce, decrease its WEAKNESS to avoid the POTENTIAL. THEATS
